Services

Everything in-house

One shop draws, cuts, finishes and labels your panel, so the pieces fit together and nothing gets lost between vendors.

The process

From photo to finished panel

Step 01

Tell us about your airplane

Send us the make, model and year, photos of your current panel, and the avionics you plan to install. A Hangar Flying design works too.

Step 02

Approve the layout

We draw the panel around your equipment and how you fly. Nothing is cut until you sign off.

Step 03

We cut, coat & engrave

Your panel is machined, finished and labeled in-house at our shop in Weyers Cave, Virginia.

Step 04

Install or ship

We complete the upgrade here, or deliver a ready-to-install panel to you or your shop.
